Refund Policy

At “Flow State Calisthenics”, we strive to provide exceptional online coaching services and a positive experience for all of our clients. However, we understand that there may be situations where you are not fully satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we will issue refunds for services purchased through our website www.flowstatecalisthenics.com.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Single Session Purchases: If you have paid for a single session and not have followed trough with it then you are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the payment.

  • Monthly Online Coaching Subscriptions: If you have done the payment for monthly Online coaching or VIP mentorship and not received the service by our coaches then you are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the payment.

  • Custom training Plans: If you have purchased a custom training plan and have not yet received it, then you are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the payment.

2. Non-Refundable Items/services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • 1 on 1 sessions that have already been completed.
  • Digital products or downloadable materials that have already been accessed.
  • Expired coaching sessions or packages that were not used within the specified timeframe.
  • Missed or canceled sessions without following our cancellation policy (see below)

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Session Cancellation: If you need to cancel a session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

  • Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled if you inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to availability and may result in the session being forfeited.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your full name, order number, and a description of the issue.

  2. Refund requests must be made within the specified timeframe as outlined in Section 1.

  3. Once we receive your request, we will review your case and inform you of our decision within 7 business days.

5. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we have confirmed your eligibility.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
  • If the original payment method is no longer available, we may offer a refund through alternative means at our discretion.
