Coach Adri and Paul had the incredible opportunity in 2022 to contribute to the opening of the first calisthenics gym in Abu Dhabi. From designing the gym’s layout to implementing the operational system that the gym still uses today, the experience was extraordinary. What they learned throughout the process has helped create a thriving community for local fitness enthusiasts.
Through the process of giving personal training sessions and group classes, they have gained experience that sets them apart from other coaches. Working with clients from different walks of life has taught them the necessary skills to provide unique coaching services in every aspect.
Our coaches actively managed the gym’s social media and class schedule while offering a wide variety of classes, such as skills, basics, and mobility etc. The responsibility that our coaches bear has led the gym to its continued success.
