“My training with Paul started in 2019 while preparing for a competition – WOB in Austria. I contacted Paul because I knew something was not right with my preparation for this upcoming event. “I am 10 years old and I do calisthenics & street workout for three years now. For last few months I was stuck in routine and could not improve myself. Then I got an unique opportunity to train with Adrienn Vachter 1v1 at the gym once in a week. First training she tested my skills and strength. After that we worked more specific to learn new elements and improve overall performance. She was able to teach me new dynamic and static elements with skills that I already had. She is encouraging as a coach so I got more confident to do dynamic elements on higher bar. Adrienn is my first female coach so I improved my workouts in aspect of female body. Adrienn is a caring and supportive coach. Training sessions we have is rather team work than just coach- student relationship.
